Canada Post Information

Canada Post has also informed us that they will no longer be knocking on doors to ask for a signature, due to the COVID19 pandemic. It is up to our customers to ensure they are home, and able to collect their packages when delivered. In the event that a package is stolen from a persons property, Choice Buds will not be able to replace it.

Delivery Information

If you would like us to have your package delivered to the nearest post office and a notice left on your door, please specify that in your order notes. We will not select this option without your advisement, as some people may not want to leave their homes at this time. Thank you again for all your loyalty, and we look forward to getting through this together!

Refunds

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be dealt with due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
